Hello there Android Master. I have a problem. I bought 2 i6S plus from DHGATE. The first one is just fine. has a little bit of a lag but the aren't the highest model so i do expect that. Not a problem. The 2nd phone...was fine the day i got it. i charged it, turned it off, put it back in the box until christmas for my son. As soon as he turned it on after opening it....it acted like it didn't want to turn on. So he charged it. When it did come back on...the screen was having issues where the phone was active but it had a blank screen. I would press the reset button in the back to wake it up almost and then it was fine. I then connected to the wifi and about 3-4 mins later the phone stared popping up porn ads and downloading them all by themselves. I couldn't get them off the phone through the file manager, or the "Store"...i have done a master reset, a factory restore and still it comes back... My question is do i need to Flash the phone and completely put new everything back on it and start all over? If So can you please provide me the tools on how to do so, because i am having the hardest time getting any help from the seller. i get about 1-3 mess. from him to my 10s to him and that could be a few days before getting a reply back. I am desperate to fix this phone for my son...PLEASE Android Master help me!!!
